​Amendment, It particularly concerns the organizational structure of disciplinary committees in district municipalities..
​Regulation 13. According to the regulation added to the third paragraph of the article;
​”There is a disciplinary board in district municipalities and town municipalities where there is no vice president in the norm staff standards table.; It consists of the municipal council and the representative of the union of which the civil servant is a member, if any.”
Accordingly, In small-scale municipalities, there are no longer disciplinary boards., The participation of the union representative has become mandatory in order to protect the rights of union member civil servants..
