Scope of Appointment Without Examination: Positions with the title of manager and assistant manager who are not subject to a promotion exam and those who have held equivalent or higher managerial positions, can be appointed to the manager and assistant manager positions within the scope of the regulation without any examination requirement..

Required Conditions: In order for these people to be appointed to these positions, they must meet the relevant conditions in the general provisions, excluding the working periods in sub-positions..

​Seniority Clause: It is required to have served personally and actually in the relevant positions for at least three uninterrupted years..
