Problems in the Field were Carried to the Ministry

​Turkish Kamu-Sen delegation met with healthcare workers after iftar, conveyed the feedback they received from the field directly to the highest authority. The delegation led by Chairman Önder Kahveci, detailed demands for improvement in both economic and social rights of healthcare personnel.

The main agenda items of the meeting and the demands in the presented report were listed as follows::

Financial Rights: Increasing incentive payments and revising shift wages according to today's economic conditions.

Retirement Rightsi: All payments (including additional payments) the need to reflect on retirement.

With Determination and Victimizationr: Removing obstacles to appointments, especially spouse status, and ending grievances in administrative leave processes.

Institutional Improvementsr: Building nurseries in hospitals and fully implementing the specialist nursing model.

Primary Health Care: Ending fee cuts in the family medicine system.
